Please note:  shipping charges are calculated by weight, eBay and USPS.  I do offer free shipping on most of my dolls, free shipping on five or more barbie doll clothes or accessory lots and I combine shipping. I do not make money on shipping.

If an unpaid item case has been opened you will have four days to pay for item. Then the transaction may be canceled and item will be relisted. Unfortunately there are those that just don't pay.
I purchase most of my items from others.  I can not guarantee the items did not come in contact with smoke or pets.  I do have a smoke free home, if I detect any smoke I do wash the items.  New items do not come in contact with smoke.
Stands not included unless stated.  Clothing forms included on occasion.
Items that are returned to sender will only receive item refund, no refund for shipping costs.  Items lost in the mail will NOT be refunded.  If customer changes mind, no shipping costs will be refunded.
Refunds will only be made on items that are defective.  Proof of defect is required.
Items not delivered with tracking info available will be refunded on a case by case basis.
