Vintage Brass Victor Machine Self Lubricator

Not sure what this piece will work on, but it is intact, no cracks in the glass, the brass is scratched up a bit from usage(see photos). The piece measures 3 1/2'' long by1 3/4'' on dia. This is an untested salvage piece, and is sold AS IS. Contact me with any questions.
