    Description

    At the Assistance League of Bellingham we received an estate donation with this fancy belt buckle, about 3 1/2 inches wide.   It is oval silvertone metal (pewter look) with a scalloped edge and fancy detailing.  It's the hook and loop type buckle.  Looks as if never used.  Please look at the photos and ask any questions, thanks.
