In excellent unused condition. Belt in 2 parts & hooks on each other. There is the Designers metal label on back including year.
MEASUREMENTS: Length: hooked on together: 4 3/4" Wide and 3.5" tall
Length: each separately: Right side with loop 2 1/4"  Left side with hook 3"
