Mattel Vintage 1978 Fashion Photo Barbie Doll TLC

This is a pretty Fashion Photo doll in fair condition.  She has beautiful facial paint without any rubs.  Hair is shiny but needs a restyle.  Both knees bend and hold a pose well.  When you move the legs her head turns.   She has a melt mark at her neck and the portion of the dress has gotten stuck in the melted plastic.  I didn't want to pull too hard and have not tried boiling water or any other remedy.  Same problem at her behind, you can see the two melt marks and the lining of the dress is stuck on.  Any daring collectors out there that can help this girl get free from this dress?  I'm sure she'd like a change of clothes, LOL  The dress is from the same era and is just lovely.
