This is a Large Child costume from Glamour Costumes
The color is green but not a bright green.  Rhinestoned as well
2 pieces.  The costume never came with any trunk/briefs.
The skirt is a wrap around with a velcro closure.
This costume is not spandex,  it is silk and a satin.  There is no stretch to the material
The company does not have a size chart to go by,  but their costumes run on the slim side.
