Brass Antique Vintage Sub Saharan Africa Tribal Bracelet #8

Description

I am selling (10) of my African tribal antique and vintage armlets, bracelets and anklets. This one is #8 and is brass with plenty of inscribed decorations that are worn due to many years of wear. There is untouched patina that only comes with many, many years of exposure. An excellent example of 18th or 19th century tribal decoration and could have been used as currency. It measures approximately 3.5" inside diameter and is .5" - 1.8" wide. Again, the untouched patination is evidence of 18th or 19th century originality. This is a heavy piece and again likely pure currency. Check out my other African Tribal items.
