    Description

    Offering this spectacular early Victorian Stair Railings - I do not believe they were on each side of the Stairs but probably used separately - As pictured they would angle into each other - The small pieces have a mortise that slides into top post - The Railing has wonderful surface including gold gilded highlights on the Spindles - The gilding is in mostly great condition - The worse wear is on the small flat one - I have tried to photograph these as best i Can - Will be glad to send more photos if needed - They were found in Cherrryfield Maine and were reportedly from a Sea Captains Home that burned in the 60s - I think these date to the mid 19th Century - Check our other listings for great Antiques and Architectural Items - Buyer pays shipping - Will be glad to help with quotes.
